The cache is hidden off a trail near the DAR state park fire tower.
We often camp at this park. This cache is placed 50 feet off a short well marked trail that runs between the fire tower gate and one of the park's dirt roads (Oak Hill Road). The trees in the area have suffered heavy storm damage that has been cleared from the trail. We used two stacked round Lock & Locks, one full of frogs the other full of bugs. There is parking at the fire tower gate for geocachers who want a shorter hike. There is a $8 entrance fee for the state park in season. The FTF prize is an un-activated GC.
