Amongst the wide-awake, lively towns of Kansas, is the town of Eudora. Its location was first made about four years ago by an enterprising character of German, principally from Chicago.....

This statue has been created to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the city of Eudora. The statue portrays Shawnee Tribal Leader Paschal Fish and his daughter, Eudora, in the year 1857.
An interesting factoid, for my family anyway, is that the girl model for Eudora is a friend of my daughters.
