This is a 7 Cache Series about NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, is an American police procedural drama television series revolving around a fictional team of special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, which conducts criminal investigations involving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
This Cache is named after Special Agent Caitlin "Kate" Todd who is played by Sasha Alexander.
This Cache can be found near a footpath and is next to Meridian Park known locally as the ER, the area is used by mugglers to walk the muggler dogs this area is not recommended on Friday and Saturday evenings as this area is used alot by younger mugglers so you will need to be careful.
