Geocache Description:

I noticed that this crossroads has a name which is unusual: Devizes. It's named after a town in Wiltshire, England, that even has its own castle. This Devizes has no castle. But it does have a sign.

There really isn't anything else in Devizes besides the No Dumping Trash sign. And the township is so strongly opposed to trash and dumping that they've instituted a fine of $5000 for such an offence. So that's where the cache is hidden. On the sign. A super easy one, my first and only Difficulty 1, Terrain 1 cache. Nobody should DNF this one, unless it goes missing...
