Myself, Thinairmagic, and FCF have been talking about doing this
event, so we figured why not now? We figured Apopka was a good
middle grounds to get the Orlando cachers, as well as the Lake
County cachers together and whoever else may show up!
This will be a potluck cookout with the 3 host providing the
Dogs and Burgers! Please indicate in your log what dish you intend
to bring! A few things we can use:
Buns
Chips
Potato Salad
Macaronni Salad
Soda/Drinks
Water
Ice
Desserts
I am sure we can all think of something!
There will be some new caches hidden as well as some temp caches
for your enjoyment!
Dale and Barb will also be in attendance, and you all know what
kind of party it is when those 2 are there!
The event will start at noon, but I will wait until about 1:00
to start cooking so that those who attend church on Sunday mornings
can have time to get here afterwards. We have the pavilion until
8:00pm so the event will last until everybody decides they are
tired and wants to go home or 8:00pm, whichever comes first! Make
sure to bring the kids with you, as you can see from the pictures
below, there is a nice playground right at the pavilion as well as
a horse shoe pit, and a volleyball court! So everybody come on out
and lets relax and enjoy some BBQ and good friends!
OH AND ONE MORE THING! I HEAR SOME CHATTER THAT MR. X AS WELL AS
MOAC MAY SHOW UP AT THE EVENT FOR THOSE OF YOU FOLLOWING
