Mind, Body & Soul:
- THE ADVANCED -

You have enrolled in Woyi and Waya's Yoga Academy for the Utterly Unbalanced. If you are walking this path, then you are on a journey to obtain true unity of the mind, body and soul. The enlightenment you are seeking requires you to complete three trials in order to achieve the Master Level. How you choose to walk this path is entirely up to you, but we recommend that you start at the Beginner Level and work your way up from there. Though you are an eager pupil, we urge you to proceed with caution. Only those students with the ability to unleash the full potential of their inner divinity will find that which they seek.

Well done! You have proven yourself a most apt pupil and have successfully completed the First and Second trials. You are now ready to proceed to more advanced levels of tutelage. If you have come this far, your journey is nearing its end. Follow your inner compass until it leads you to a grouping of ancient trees. Pay homage to these leafy giants by performing tree pose:

Tree Pose

Shift your weight slightly onto the left foot and bend your right knee. Reach down with your right hand and grab your right ankle. Draw your right foot up and place the sole against the inner left thigh. Reach both your arms up towards the sky and turn your gaze skyward.

You are looking for a regular sized lock-n-lock container. GPSr reception should be great right up to around the GZ area. Pay attention to the yoga pose as it may give you a hint about the cache's location. This is the third cache in a four part series, make note of any clues you come across in the caches.
