On Google and other maps this may appear to be in the middle of a lake - and it is. But you don't need a boat or any other special equipment. Not even boots. Everywhere that you have to go is completely dry and level, except a gravel track when it has been raining! Wooden boardwalks take you all the way...
Placed in a bird-observation hut (in a way that shouldn't disturb neither birds not observers). Nice board-walks take you to the middle of this little lovely lake. Consider going some 1/2 hour after sunset for the best bird-experience (bring a torchlight) or anytime if you're just after the cache. Shouldn't be easily spotted by mugglers - hope it will remain so...
The location *is* wheelchair accesible but I think it may be hard to actually get at the cache while sitting in a wheelchair - you must at least be able to stand up!
