We recently found a cache at Westmoor Park and were reminded how nice of a park it is. There is a farm, gardens, and many trails to explore. Bring your GPS, and enjoy the Park for the day!!
All caches in this series are located close by the trails, very little bushwacking is required. There are a lot of trails, none of them are marked but for the most part they are wide and easy to navigate. It's a good idea to write down the coords of the parking lot so you won't have any trouble finding your way back to your car.
No bikes or dogs are allowed in the park, and in the warm months watch out for mosquitoes, ticks and poison ivy.
If the office is open during your visit, there are restrooms and free trail maps available.
Pond View cache is located a little off the trail up the slight hill.
