Geocache Description:

A small rest area which we have called “Woomy” lies north of Woomargama just off the south bound lane of the Hume Highway.

This area allows the traveller to have a break and stretch their legs (stop, revive and survive so to speak).
Just behind this site is an area that is fenced off which is the beginning of a project that is currently being re-birded.
If you are quiet and keep your eyes open you should see a variety of birds including our own the ‘kookaburra’.
The cache is in a public area so there is no need to cross any fences or go through any gates.
You are looking for a small container with the usual log book and a few small swaps; however you will need to bring your own pen.

**NOTE**
If you are travelling North this area may pose to be difficult to enter.
