sheyzaf lookout Traditional Cache

A nice lookout over the surrounding sheyzaf nature reserve
The sheyzaf nature reserve is located between the settlements Hatseva and Ein-Yahav. It is a desert reserve and you can see here the unique desert flora and fauna.
The best way to get to the cache is to drive around Hatseva, and up the Sheyzaf hills.
Once you get up the hill just park the car and follow the green arrows of the circular trail.
The desert is very hot, especially between June and October, if you come here during the summer make sure to bring a lot of water and a hat.
Another point of interest is a memorial site to Lotan Slavin.
Lotan was an officer in the IDF and was killed in the 2nd Lebanon war in 2006. The site is located east of the parking lot behind the big water depots.
