Geocache Description:

I had hoped to find a guard rail here, but no joy for me. Had 2 containers left and only one would fit here.

Be aware that this is a residential neighborhood so be stealthy. Would recommend Daylight Hours for this one.

The "Welcome to Portland" sign should be on your right. (It is a variation on Welcome and does not actually say "Welcome to" in case anyone is counting)
