STREAMS Traditional Cache

Although this cache is named STREAMS, you will not find a stream nearby. It was hidden by a group of STREAMS campers out on their first Geocache adventure. I spent many years at Slim Baker Lodge and the surrounding wooded areas, first as a BCC (now TTCC) camper and in later years as a counselor and director. The coordinates will lead you to one of many neat places hidden away in these woods. Take the trail up to Inspiration Point. Stop to enjoy the views of Bristol. There are three trails to choose from for your decent. When standing at the benches follow the trail that heads off to the far left and the Inspiration Pt. cache. You will come upon an Adirondack cabin, which if I remember correctly was built as an Eagle Scout Project many years back. The trail is steep and lots of leaves make the terrain slippery in places. The cache is hidden away from the cabin, but within view. I would head back out the same way you came in unless you are adventurous. I found the trails are not as well mark as they once were.
