A popular stop for tourists, this location is heavily trafficked. The roadside turnout offers a wonderful view of Hancock's sister city of Houghton and Michigan Technological University.
The cache is a small (altoids sized) metal container. Barely room for a logbook and pencil and perhaps a geocoin or two. The container is not water-proof so it is inside a Ziplock bag.
The cache should be wheelchair accessable and is kid-friendly with adult supervision as it is near the highway.
I increased the difficulty to two due to the numerous muggles who will be encountered.
The cache is seasonal as the turnout closes during the winter months, and the cache will be under 5 feet of snow.
