That's Schiehallion in the distant west Traditional Cache
Teammorven: Since placing this cache the coniferous wood has grown so tall that you can no longer see the hills to the west so the hill, Schiehallion, is not visible so there is no point in maintaining this cache. Thanks to the many who logged it.

A relatively easy traditional within 0.3 miles of a roadside car park within the Hallyburton Community Wood at the summit of Tullybachart off the A923 Coupar Angus to Dundee road. Path is well defined but goes through a virtual tunnel of some Norway spruce and up a fairly steep, grassy incline to reach the cache site. We have revised the ratings slightly on account of the growth of the surrounding forest and the uneven path making the uphill walk a bit harder.
Cache is a typical lock and lock 450ml container with some trinkets and log.
The reward on a clear day are the views across Strathmore to the west where you can see the Drumderg wind farm (love em or hate em they are here to stay!) And on the horizon the unmistakeable peak of the Munro mountain, Schiehallion. The mountain was used to determine the mass of planet Earth and while doing so, the clever guy also invented the contour line.
You may want to continue west and over the deer fence to North Ballo for a longer circular walk taking in Laird's loch on the return.
On the way back to the car park you may see, in June/July, the flower heads of the Giant Yellow Rattle. This is a very rare plant and easily mistaken for it's smaller cousin but this is the real thing. Any serious botanists are welcome to ID!
