Found, Boy-Z Roses Traditional Cache

If you found the original, you are more than welcome to come find this one as it is a new cache (in the same location).
Please be wary of muggles, this is a busy area, although it may not look like it upon first glance. It is a main thoroughfare between the hospital, physician offices, and parking for employees.
While thinking of placing a cache in the area, I decided to do some recon. I found a likely location and decided to check it out… lo and behold, a cache! I happened to stumble upon an archived cache by JLJL, named Boy-Z Roses. After posting a note on the cache page letting them know it was there still and in great shape, they contacted a moderator to have the cache un-archived (as the construction that was happening when it was archived was finished). It was determined that a new cache should be created for various reasons (one of them being that it was now a traditional cache and not a multi). I was then given the opportunity to take over the cache. I now present to you: Found, Boy-Z Roses! Thanks to JLJL for letting me take this one over!
"Starting" with: Steve TB, a sheet of fabric iron-ons, a Mighty Beans (major stench bean), a fabric iron-on patch, gecko toy (from original Boy-Z Roses), and 2 "rocks" (from original Boy-Z Roses).
The original cache is GCJB42, if you wish to look at it in it's archived glory. :)
