Geocache Description:

Coming from PA1 after you have crossed over into the light, one will notice the path to your right...follow it up the hill, where you will find me tucked under the rock.

In 1989, the conversion from a railroad track to a recreational trail began as a result of efforts by Dick Bias, the founder of the North Bend Rail Trail Foundation. In 1994 he was awarded the "Distinguished West Virginia" award by Governor Gaston Caperton, and No. 10 Tunnel on the Rail Trail was renamed the Dick Bias Tunnel.
