Hawk Walk Traditional Cache
willmere: We took a visit to Hawk Mountain today, the trails have changed since this cache was placed 12 years ago! It's been a great 12 years but we've decided to archive this one. The area where this was placed now has a new trail sign and the cache tree is long gone has become part of the trail path. Thanks to everyone who found this one. It is still a beautiful view at the top!

Parking is at N 44.09.385 W 070.41.759
Our gps used the name Skunk Alley Road for the way to the cache, the street sign uses Hawk Mountain Road.
Upate May 2013, we've changed the size of the cache to a micro. It is now a match container, hidden in the same spot. But please bring a pen.
We think Hawk Mountain is one of the best hikes with the most spectacular views anywhere in the Oxford Hills. The hike to the top isn't too hard and there are three other caches placed by others here (GCGTR6. GC2462N, GC2820K). This cache is on the way.
