Park at the overlook, and from there you have multiple ways to reach the cache location. The most obvious way will be from the overlook, however, it might not be the easiest. Down the road on the Virginia side, there are some rocks that might serve as a good starting point. Be warned, the path to the cache is narrow and high in elevation.
The cache is a small decon container, and contains a logbook.
