Geocache Description:

I remember stopping here when this giant tree was still standing OPPS dated myself! It was estimated to be 350 years old when it was cut down many years ago. It was known as the largest Sugar Pine in Oregon at that time but it died and became a danger. There is an old parking area off the road here where there once were trails enjoy the old tree. There is still a path along the old tree.
