The cache IS NOT on the building....please don't bother the building or anything attached to the building.
Christmas is only 6 mos away!!!!
We were introduced to this type of hide while in "home" Buffalo, NY in June 2009. It's about as common there as LPC's are here. Makes sense as this keeps the cache safe, dry and accessible during the winter.
This cache is probably best attempted after business hours, but once you find your first one, you should be able to go right to others of this type anytime of day.
