This cache is an easy pick-up at the roadside. It's part of the Vermont's 52 Card Pick Up series. It is wheelchair accessible.
The cache is just smaller than a film can, and includes only a 1/2 playing card (3 of diamonds) and a log. Bring your own pen.
Take your time driving through this area of the flats of Georgia, particularly if you're a lover of wildlife. The areas on the sides of the road tend to flood quickly near the bridges, leaving perfect habitat for ducks and geese. Deer and turkeys are abundant in this area, as well as the occasional coyote.
If you're headed west on Polly Hubbard Road, continue to the intersection and turn right (which, inexplicably, is also called Polly Hubbard Road). The short drive down this section of road is not only particularly populated with deer and turkeys, but leads you to one of Lake Champlain's hidden treasures - the Georgia Shore.
