Across the street of the railroad service facility. There is always something going on there 24/7. The big challenge is to not be spotted by the workers across the road, who do watch every movement ( this is why difficulty is 2.5). There is NO PARKING in front of cache and the Roseville Police will ticket you for parking there. Parking is available on the side streets.
