Another one of the Book Worm series, similar to the SideTracked series but based in and around libraries.

Access to the cache is only available during these times:

Monday: 10.00-1.00; 2.00-5.00
Tuesday: 2.00-8.00
Wednesday: 10.00 - 1.00; 2.00-5.00
Thursday: 2.00-8.00
Friday: 10.00-1.00; 2.00-5.00
Saturday: 9.00-1.00

To get the cache location, these clues need to be solved:

Stage 1 (co-ords above)
Using the non mobile telephone number for the Parish Council, it is... 0160E 7GF95H
This gives you the Dewey Reference number of GGH.EGF

2nd word 1st letter = A

Combine the dewey number with the title you should find the cache easily..Enough room for flat things, and for flat GCs or TBs, nothing too thick though.
