Geocache Description:

I saw a deer and a family of turkeys when I was placing this cache, so enjoy your walk to ground zero and keep a look out for wildlife. Unless, of course, you don't have bug spray; then you better run like the wind!

This trail is used for horseback riding and hiking in the summer. The area is also a public hunting area, so please make sure to wear bright orange during the hunting season.

Cache is somewhat winter friendly, and is available in winter. There is a small parking area for one or two cars and plenty of roadside parking on wide shoulders in the summer, but watch your little ones. Parking may not be so easy in winter, depending on the amount of snow.

This cache was initially placed as part of the West Bend Cache Ba$h. Please remember to stamp your booklet and leave the stamp behind for the next finder.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Kettle Moraine-Northern Unit of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at: (visit link)
