Posten ligger på Storvalin, lengst nordvest på fiskeværet Veiholmen. The cache can be found at Storvalin, on the northwestern side of the fishingvillage of Veiholmen.
Posten ligger på det som heter Storvalin, ligger lengst nordvest på fiskeværet Veiholmen. Parker bilen ved rudkjøringa ved Vågarbryggå og du får en fin 15-minutters spasertur gjennom bebyggelsen på fiskeværet. Avkjørselen til Valin er skiltet. Etter å ha svingt av skal du fortsette utover helt til veien slutter. Etter det må du passere noen svaberg, og fortsette oppover til en værstasjon som står oppe på toppen av haugen. Nå er du like i nærheten av posten. Flott utsikt over havet og bebyggelsen på Veiholmen. NB! I hekkesesongen (mai-august) hekker måker og terner nede ved sjøkanten i området. Det anbefales ikke å gå for nær hekkeområdene da det forstyrrer fuglene. Fuglene kan også være hissige om du kommer for nær. Når du har passert siste huset går det stort sett greit om du fortsetter utover mellom sementkantene. Hekkeområdene ligger på begge sidene av denne "veien". Vis hensyn og vær forsiktig! The cashe can be found at the place the locals call "Storvalin", on the northwestern side of the fishingvillage. Park your car at the roundabout at Vågarbrygga, one of the guesthouses at Veiholmen. From here there is a 15 minute walk though the village. Mostly paved road, but som rocks and grass at the end. There is a sign marked "Valin" along the main road. After going of the main road you should keep on walking to the end of the road. You then have to cross some rocks and go to the top of the small hill on the other side. On the top there is a weatherstation. Now, the cashe is not far away. Excellent oceanwiev and over the fishingvillage of Veiholmen. PLEASE NOTE: During the nestingseason (may through august) seagulls have nests along the seashore in this area. Please do not go to close to the nesting areas. Disturbing the nesting birds is not allowed. Going to close to the nests can anger the birds and it can also be dangerous. After passing the last house along the road, please walk between the concrete edges going in the direction of the cache. The nesting areas are on both sides of this "road", walking on the road is usually no problem. Be caucious, take care!
