Special Equipment Reguired!
Bring a 9 volt battery, and two wires (at least 8" long each), or a 9V battery clip with 8" wires. 
Only attempt this cache during library hours.
Go to the indicated coortinates. Nearby is a bison tube, with instructions on how to get the puzzle box. (The bison tube is hanging from a branch about 8 ft up.)
The box is wooden, a little smaller than a shoebox, and has a blue sticker on the top with "Puzzle Box Geocache" on it in big letters.
Can you open the box? Use your 9 volt battery and wires to solve the puzzle!
Please don't shake the box or turn it over, becasue the contents could jam the latching mechanism. No force is needed to open the puzzle box, just the battery.
When the box is 'unlocked', the lid should lift with no resistance at all. When the box is 'locked', the lid should be held shut, allowing it to rise only a millimeter or so.
