Geocache Description:

Geocachers have a tendency to think of themselves as action figures, able to scale the tallest mountain and become virtually invisible in their quest to find a cache. That said, this cache is located next to a place perfect for any “Real American Hero.” If you hunt for this cache during the day, be sure to use your powers of stealth.

The goal of the nearby Toy & Action Figure Museum is to pay tribute to the designers, sculptors and companies that have turned children’s playthings into bona fide works of art. The museum features more than 10,000 items and gives visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the world of toys and action figures, from Iron Man, Superman and Wonder Woman, to Woody, Buzz and their Toy Story friends. The museum features many familiar and a few not-so-familiar figures. It rotates its collection regularly and hosts special events when new toys and toy-related movies debut. The museum is also home to the Action Figure Hall of Fame. Since 2005 it has inducted such creations as the original G.I. Joe, Star Wars and He-Man. Since its opening, the museum has been visited by people from all 50 states and more than 30 countries. The Toy & Action Figure Museum is open seven days a week, although hours vary by day and season. Unfortunately, there's no phone booth nearby for you to change into your SuperGeoCacher cape and leotards, so you'll have to wear your costume to GZ. FTF kudos go to Oblander4cachers!
