Welcome to Thomas Basin Marina! Before Thomas Basin was dredged out for the marina, it was a tidal flat where the locals would play baseball! They would play teams from the surrounding islands and the game would be called when the water came up to the shortstop's knees! It's a beautiful marina and a great place to check out the view!
This is a log-only cache, bring your own pencil or ball-point pen. This cache was inspired by a cache I found in Wichita, KS - one that kept me hunting for a long time! It is dedicated to the GW8 Cachers who are coming to visit on July 11th, 2010!
I have given this a difficulty rating of 3, based on the deceptive nature of a cache like this. Experienced cachers will probably find this far less difficult. Watch out for Muggles!
You do not need to unscrew anything, don't pull on any wires - it's there without having to open anything.
