Knagur Green: Due to no response from the CO after the request to maintain or replace the cache, I am archiving it to, stop it showing on the listings and/or to create place for the geocaching community.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center

Geocache Description:

The Freedom Statue is one of the symbols for all Zambians. A cache is placed one of the open area near to the statue.

The Freedom Statue is located in front of a complex buidling which accomodates several ministries' offices, side by the National Museum. It is one of the busiest places in Lusaka. When you are in Zambia, you will see this famous style of art which symbolizes the freedom of Zambia from colonization in 1960s.
The area is open for everyone but the access is bit tricky, especially if you use a vehicle. You are recommended to approach to the point through the National Museum, which is accessed by Kayombo road.
The museum has a parking place for vehicles. After enjoying geocaching, you can enjoy visiting the national museum which does not have much to see but still worth to visit.
