An easy drive by cache at one of the best viewpoints in Orkney!
Stealth may be required as this location can be very busy!
A superb panoramic view of almost 360 degrees with wonderful views of Scapa Flow, the South Isles (including Hoy), the West Mainland towards Stromness, south over the Pentland Skerries towards mainland Scotland and much of Orkney Mainland. There are also fine views looking up towards Ward Hill.
Of particular note is the island of Swona, which is now uninhabited apart from an important herd of feral cattle.
The cache is a 35mm film canister with log and pencil.
