GCinOHIO: will provide the hamburgers, hotdogs, buns, bottled water, soft drinks, baked beans, cheese, condiments, napkins/plates/utensils
Carry-In: Everyone is asked to bring a contribution for the carry-in lunch. A carry-in only works if everyone who eats at the buffet has contributed.
To all that are planning to attend: PLEASE list the number that will attend, what dish or dessert you are planning to bring, so we may put it on the event cache page for all to see, so that we can have a variety of food.
Everyone is invited! So please come……. join us for a day of fellowship, telling stories about your adventures while Geocaching, asking questions about caches that you were not able to find or can not solve, for there is at least one cacher that has done it, and of course eating and drinking (non alcoholic) along with some games for fun like corn hole, ladder ball, horse shoes, badminton. Also for those who like to be adventurous a Tree Climbing 101 Demonstration by Lendondena, drainhook and anyone else that they can rope into helping.
Bring your coins, travel bugs and the small decorative quarter sized tags to do some trading and be ready for all the fun
Wax Park has (Playground Equip, Picnic Tables, Grills, Shelters, Restrooms, Ballfields, Volleyball, Fishing, Horseshoes, on 38 acres) for everyone to come and enjoy.
Schedule of Events: (Tentative times)
11:00 - Poker Run ($5.00 donation):50/50 with the donation fee and our half will help cover the cost of the event/ Meet Greet for those not doing the poker run
12:00 - Picnic and share stories
1:00 - Special Games
2:00 - Tree climbing 101 demo
3:00 - Prizes
Games set up for your enjoyment all day long
We also will be doing a 50/50 Raffle
Attending this event will earn you a once in a lifetime, special prize.
