Ako sa dostat ku keške:
Bicyklom: po cyklochodníku z Ružomberka (asi 9km) alebo z Donovalov.
Autom: ak prichádzate od Banskej Bystrice, môžete zaparkovať na pravej strane (waypoint "Parkovisko").
Autobusom a peši: zo zastávky Podsuchá (na www.cp.sk je to "Ružomberok,Biely Potok,Podsuchá") vedie ku keške cca 1.5 km dlhý cyklistický chodník, ktorý zacína na waypointe "Cyklochodnik".
Hľadám miestneho kešera, ktorý by si túto kešku adoptoval. Je nenáročná, dobre vychovaná, nezmizla ešte ani raz :)
Ked sa zrodila rieka Revúca, hrdí rodicia (Velkofatranské konciare Ostredok a Krížna) usporiadali oslavu a pozvali všetkých zo široka-daleka. Prišli aj sudicky, aby malej riecke predpovedali velkú budúcnost.
"Si taká malinká," usmiala sa prvá sudicka. "Tridsattri kilometrov, to je veru štastné císlo! Co ti len dám do vienka? Tvoje vody budú pramenit v mohutných horách, budú pretekat cez svieže údolia a divoké lesy, popri poliach a dedinkách, až sa napokon spoja s vodami velkých a slávnych riek a spolu s nimi budú plynút až po samotné Cierne more!"
"Budú v tebe plávat pstruhy a hlavátky," pokracovala druhá sudicka. "Z tvojej vody budú pit jelene, srnky aj medvede."
"To nic nie je," snažila sa ju tromfnút tretia sudicka. "Ja ti darujem vodopády, stavidlá a rybníky..."
Vtom sa dvere rozleteli a vošla namosúrená štvrtá sudicka, ktorú Ostredok a Krížna zabudli pozvat. "Ako sa opovažujete ma takto urazit?!" prskala. "Neviete, akú mám velkú moc?" Pozrela sa na malú riecku a zlomyselne sa usmiala. "Nemôžem ti odobrat dary ostatných sudiciek... ale pridám ti nieco navyše. Na tvojich brehoch budú žit neporiadni ludia a budú hádzat do tvojich vôd odpadky, ktoré znicia všetku tvoju krásu!"
A všetko sa stalo tak, ako povedali sudicky. Revúca má odvtedy dvojakú tvár - oplýva nezvycajnou krásou, no zároven trpí pod vecnou kliatbou odpadkov a caká na svojho záchrancu, ktorý by kliatbu prelomil...
Keška je umiestnená priamo na stavidle. Ak vás bude šípka posielat do lesa, ignorujte ju :) Okrem bežných vecí obsahuje keška aj niekolko vriec na odpadky. Ak máte chut a cas, pozbierajte zopár plastových fliaš do vreca, ktoré potom môžete nechat napríklad v kontajneri na Podsuchej.
How to reach the cache:
By car: if you drive the road E77 from Banská Bystrica to the north, there is a parking place on the right side (waypoint "Parkovisko").
By bus and feet: look for a bus connection to a station "Ružomberok,Biely Potok,Podsuchá" on www.cp.sk. A cycling track approximatelly 1 mile long (beginning on the waypoint "Cyklochodnik") will lead you to the cache and show you a few nice spots around the river.
When the river Revúca was born, her parents (mountain peaks Ostredok and Krížna) prepared a feast and invited guests from far and wide. Three fortune-tellers came to foretell her great future.
"You are so tiny," smiled the first fortune-teller. "Thirty three kilometers, that's a fortunate number! What will I give you? Your waters will spring in mighty mountains, cross sweet valleys and wild forests, flow along fields and villages, until they join the waters of great and renowned rivers and with them reach Black Sea!"
"Trouts and huchens will swim in your waves," the second fortune-teller went on. "Deer, does and bears will drink from your water..."
"That's nothing," the third fortune-teller tried to surpass her, "I will give you waterfalls, water gates and fishponds..." Suddenly the doors crashed open and there came the fourth angry fortune-teller, whom the parents forgot to invite. "How dare you insult me like this?!" she snorted. "Don't you know how great a power I possess?" She looked at the small river and smiled viciously. "I can't take away the gifts of the other fortune-tellers... but I will give you something in addition. Careless people will live on your shores and they will throw waste that will ruin all your beauty!"
And everything happened as the fortune-tellers had said. River Revúca has two different faces - she flows with exceptional beauty, but at the same time suffers under the curse of waste and rubbish. She waits for a brave deliverer who could break the curse...
The cache is placed directly on the water gate. If the arrow navigates you to the forest, ignore it :) Besides other items, the cache contains several large plastic bags. If you have time and good will, pick up a few plastic bottles into a bag and put it to any nearby container, for example at Podsuchá.
