Geocache Description:

A cache located (just barely), on the campus of Emporia State University, in Emporia Kansas.

Tennis, anyone?? OK.....somewhat ambiguous, but you'll see when you get there. The lot south of the tennis court is probably your best bet. You can park within feet of this cache.....but this lot does require a permit from 7 am to 5 pm. I wouldn't sweat it, as long as you keep your vehicle in sight. If the ticket nazis show up, just tell them you were confused, and leave. It 's all good.

The cache you seek blends into its surroundings rather well. Log only, so BYOP!!! Oh yeah........gold dollar for FTF.

Incidentally, directly to your south........is Visser Hall. (See the link above to the related web page.) Visser Hall is home to the National Teachers Hall of Fame. If you have a few moments, it's well worth your time. When you enter the atrium at the north end, you will encounter a variety of school classroom dioramas. These miniature classrooms range from the stone age to current, and the detail in these re-creations is absolutely incredible. The Hall of Fame is located down the middle hallway.
