The cache is in a bison tube wrapped with black tape. There is a good sized parking area. This is not exactly a PNG, you do have to take a short walk around Trowel Shop Pond.
It's a bit of a tricky hide, so you will have to search around a bit. The hint should help you find it though.
This is a residential area, so please be respectful of the neighbors. Please remember to bring a pen or pencil to log in with.
