On Chapel Hill in a partly secluded location. The recently fallen tree helps a little. Go to the trees, turn around, and face the chapel. Bunker will be to your right; cache will be located on the left side.
There's a nice playground nearby as well. Keep an eye out for iguanas and hermit crabs.
