On the Left Fork Foots Creek Road there are 1000 oak trees (give or take a few hundred!). Some oak trees are made just for hiding geocaches, or so it seems. So, at the given coordinates look for the most likely oak tree and there you will find a large nut container with several trade items and a log book.
