This is #5 in a series of local geocaches designed to RE-stimulate the weary caching senses you had the first time you went out looking for these little treasures—before they became so common. Each cache is hidden for those of you who want to sharpen your geo-noggins, and don’t want to spend hours on a stark, grueling hunt-n-find (such as those dreaded ivy caches). Each cache name contains 3 initials—an abbreviated description of the TYPE of cache you are looking for (“C” always stands for “Cache”)—and should help you when you get to the cache location. Everything else is pure geo-sense. No additional hints should be necessary, except this: DON’T EXPECT THE OBVIOUS! Oh, and have fun!
Caches like these seem to be available in most communities, including a few others in our area. This cache, however, is not visible in its current location; You will have to use your Geo-Thinking CAP. Then, in order to retrieve it, you will need to CORNER a tool that I've POST-ed nearby. Please make sure everything is replaced exactly as you find it.
LOCATION: Lady Bug Landing Community Garden, managed by the South Coast Community Garden Association, contains 60 plots that are maintained by various households in the Bay Area. This cache is hidden with appropriate permission.
Congrats to fishing buddies Popop and Ottontots for the FTF!
