This cache has been placed to give you the opportunity to view a little known waterfall in Knoxville.
This cache will take you on a nice little walk along the river. There are some high-dollar riverfront town homes on one side and private boat docks on the other while you walk along this trail. You can also see the train engine for the River Rambler and the Volunteer Princess yacht. The cache is located just off the greenway and is easily accessible. It is a micro, so BYOP.
Did you know that Downtown Knoxville has a waterfall? Please be sure to check it out either before or after finding the cache. Most people in town are unaware of this peaceful location. This waterfall was built when the Knoxville Visitor's Center was here. The building is now the KAT office, and therefore not a high traffic area. There is ample free parking nearby (as long as you don't come on a gameday). The coordinates for the waterfall are N 35 57.700 and W 83 54.743.
