The hint is in the name. Of the cache.
At one time this area was the heart of Kansas City. At the corner was the first courthouse of Jackson Co. Which was hit by a tornado on May 11 1886-.
But,now watch out for Klingons (mugglers). In the area. They will be watching from the windows..
