Geocache Description:

Located in the Pentland Hills on the outskirts of Edinburgh. A good walking or cycling area. This is Scotland's 7th oldest geocache. It was originally placed by silver fox and Edinburgh Walker. It was adopted first by The Skylanders, and then arock&ahardplace.

The cache is in a small lock-n-lock box. You can either walk or cycle into it. You can go from Flotterstone or Balerno, Balerno being the shortest route. It is NOT necessary to remove stones from the wall. The cache is NOT in the wall. Please ensure cache is replaced under the stones, rather than on top of them.
