Geocache Description:

Every once in a while it is time to return to the basics of geocaching. The ABCs of Geocaching series will test you on your basic skills and maybe stretch you a little bit as well.

K is for Kids. As we all know and enjoy, the sport of geocaching is a kid friendly sport. Sometimes it helps to have kids along to search for one of those difficult caches, but sometimes it hinders.

This cache is located in a kid friendly area in Timberville, VA. This park has playground areas, baseball & softball fields, a river, picnic shelters, and even a swimming pool. The trail head for this cache is located behind the left field fence by the ball field. Observe the difficultly rating for this cache. No need to do any rock scrambling to get to the cache.
