In order to log this cache as a find, you must first find and log a cache that was hidden in Pennsylvania and whose owner name begins with each of the 26 letters of the alphabet A through Z. Documentation Requirements
Bookmark list: To document your progress and your completion of the challenge, you must create a bookmark list that includes each of the qualifying caches, along with this cache. It must show the cache owner name such that the list is alphabetical as well as the date found in the description. This can be done by changing the cache name to the name of the owner when adding the qualifying cache to the bookmark list. Make the bookmark list public, so that it appears on this cache page.
Bookmark list alternate: Alternate means of verification will be accepted that provide the cache code along with the cache owner name and date of find with log.
Found logs without this documentation will regrettably have to be deleted.
Note: An easy way to check your progress is with the use of GSAK. Download a PQ of your found caches and load them into a My Finds database in GSAK. Open this database and click on the Owner column and the caches will be sorted alphanumerically by the cache owner name. Note: The Owner name may be different than the placed by name. Please remember to filter your finds down to finds in Pennsylvania only.

2. - All previous finds on Pennsylvania caches count.
3. - Caches published after 31 May 2010 are not eligible.
4. - ONLY Pennsylvania caches are eligible.
5. - Waymarks and Benchmarks are not eligible.
As of the publication date, all 26 letters of the alphabet for cacher names are active.
If I were to rate this cache as a standalone cache, I would rate it as Difficulty 2 Terrain 3. The difficulty rating for this cache is set slightly higher due to the logging requirements.
