Geocache Description:

Shady spot to rest and enjoy the area

This is the ampitheater of the Clinton lake State recreational area it has a beautiful stand of pine trees and is a nice spot for a gathering . please enjoy the visit and you might want to bring a fishing pole and follow one of the trails down to the lake . This cache was placed with permision of the Illinois D.N.R.

1. Geocache is placed on Department managed property with permission.
2. Do not place the following items in the Geocache: Food items,inappropriate,offensive, or hazardous materials.
3. It is the visitors responsibility or orient themselves with policies and rules pertaining to this Department managed site.
