To solve this cache you must answer each question using one of the islands. The number next to the answered island in the word bank will equal the letter of the question.
Hawaii (The big island) (1),Maui (2)Kahoolawe (3), Lanai (4), Molokai (5), Oahu (6), Kauai (7),Niihau (8)
A=The oldest island
B=The island attacked by the Japanese, marking the point where the U.S. entered world war II
C=In the early 1900s, James Dole devoted most of this island to grow the worlds largest pineapple plantation
D=The only island left in the chain with active volcanoes (above sea level)

G=This island is known for having an old colony of those who suffered from leprosy
H=The Iao Needle (Kūkaemoku) is on this island
I=The Polynesians first landed on this island
J=This island is known for its wild chicken inhabitance
Now solve the equation(no multiplication): N47(D+E) (G-I) . (F) (H+J) (C) W 122 (H-D) (B-C) . (G-E) (A+I) (A-B)
The trail to the final is unpredictable. It gets muddy quickly and the can be quite steep. There are also stinging nettles toward the upper areas of the trail. I have seen a few trails in Hawaii that were a lot like this except they didnt have the nettles. Instead they had crumbly rock that gets very slippery when wet. Please do not attempt at night.
