Geocache Description:

THE CACHE IS WITHIN 200 METERS AWAY FROM THE POSTED COORDINATES!!!

You will have to solve some simple math and a riddle to get to the exact cache location. You will not need to leave the docks.

To start searching locate Ground Zero and look at the number of the last pier (looking on a map does not do any good as the piers are offset to their numbers). Add all the numbers before this number, and subtract 1 and divide by 10. (Example: if the last pier is # 8 you will do 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8=36, 36-1=35, 35/10=3.5)
This will give you the pier number (A Decimal value means between piers Example: 5.5 means between 5 and 6).
Go to the pier or between pier spot. Now here's the Riddle part: When the two that are one become the one that is all, the cache will reveal itself under the ball.
