En Root (WCW #2) Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

status quo: As this cache has been out of action for too long and the cache owner has not responded or performed any maintenance, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to un-archive it.

Geocache Description:

We have created this series to show you this part of the Peninsula; if you do them in order (1 to 4) the views get better and better.

You could drive from one to the next, but we would recommend walking. Driving won't be much quicker and the exercise will do you good!

Some climbing required, but anyone with an average level of fitness should be fine, and the views at the end will be worth the effort.

This second stop takes you to a small secluded beach. If you're lucky you will have it to yourself. Please note however it is only accessible at low tide, unless you don't mind getting wet. We would however not recommend doing this one at night time.

UPDATE 10th February: New cache container to replace the one that went for a swim! This one should last a bit longer...

You are looking for an eclipse tin with brown tape around it a 35mm container well camouflaged to fit into the environment. A torch might be useful.

No clue for this one, we want you to have some fun searching - here's an image which will give you a better idea where to look: The cache is very close to this tree, hidden somewhere on the right hand side as you approach it.
