Geocache Description:

Jayne picked this spot, she hopes it is a good one.

This nano cache is named after my lovely wife who went out with me on this hide today. She picked the spot on a public walkway and by the river. Although it is near the railroad tracks it is not on railroad property and is completely safe, as it is a designated public walking trail between the railroad tracks and the Chehalis River. She said “fences have a beginning and fences have an end, some are meant to keep things in and some to keep things out”. It is wheelchair accessible although it involves a short strech of grass. Bring your own writing instrument, and watch out for muggles. Some interesting facts about the Wishkah River, which empties into the Chehalis River in Abdereen: ACCORDING TO WIKIPEDIA: The name "Wishkah" is an adaptation of the Chehalis Indian word hwish-kahl, meaning "stinking water"The song "Something in the Way" on Nirvana's album "Nevermind" refers to the experiences of its lead singer Kurt Cobain living under a bridge on the river, during a period of homelessness after dropping out of high school and being kicked out of his mother's home. According to his biographer Charles R. Cross, however, this was largely a myth created by Cobain himself. One third of his cremated remains were scattered in the river after his death. Kurt Cobain was born and raised in Aberdeen, Washington. He died in April of  1994 in Seattle ,WA. From the spot of the cache you can see a “tent city” under the highway bridge. That is not the bridge that Kurt Cobain refers to in his song. From the "Muddy Banks of the Wishkah" is a live album by the band. It was released on October 1, 1996 and features live performances recorded from 1989 to 1994.
