Livonia has its fair share of open-air shopping centers, as the International Council of Shopping Centers refers to any row of stores or service outlets, managed as a unit, and linked by walkways that are not enclosed.
What’s unique about this center? It’s the closest center we could find to Livonia, while not being in Livonia. And they don’t sell cigars.
