Bazinga Traditional Cache

This small cache is in a public park that is open from about one hour after sunrise to about one hour before sunset all year long. There is plenty of parking nearby and easy access to the cache - Easy Access That Is, the difficulty is in figuring out What the container is!
A true "1" Terrain as it is possible to do this cache from a wheelchair if you are able to reeeeeaaaaccchh a bit.
This container is designed to blend well with its environment and provide a bit of a challenge. Bring a pen and be discrete as there are frequent muggles in the area. Adopted from S&TB. Have fun!
A couple of definitions for 'Bazinga'...
1. A catchy phrase to accompany your clever pranks. As popularized by Sheldon Cooper (The Big Bang Theory).
2. A word that is used when you complete a really difficult challenge as in "My sister yelled, 'Bazinga!' when she finally found the the geocache that had a difficulty rating of 3 stars".
