Past The Pool is a traditional cache in Chippokes Plantation State Park. There is a parking fee for entering the Park. The Park includes a Farm & Forestry Museum, an ante bellum River House, and a later mansion that is open for tours on Monday afternnons and special events. See the calendar chippokes.com for special events and other activities.
As the name suggests, this cache is in the vicinity of the swimming pool. It is in the woods so is not readily handicapped accessible. There is some poison ivy in the area. I didn't see any snakes -- but that doesn't mean that you won't. ;-)
